Our Background
HBR Malaysian Safety Glass Marketing Sdn Bhd commenced its business in year 2000 as a sales arm for HBR Malaysian Safety Glass Sdn Bhd. The company initially supply complete glass parts to most of Malaysian bus builders company as well as bus operators around Peninsular Malaysia.
As the company grows, the management started to widen its market to overall automotive replacement in Malaysia including passenger car, trucks, marine and even heavy machinery. The management had segmented its business in such a way by answering the problem faced by two group of auto glass market, they are end user and fleet operator. The management had dedicated its services to answers the need of this two market segment.
The company also had strategically position its outlet at most of Peninsular main city such as Batu Caves (Klang Valley), Johor Bahru, Juru (Penang) and Kota Bahru. This will not only capture the main lucrative market in Malaysia, it will also give a good brand positioning for the company. All of our customers can rest assured on our services, as we had been certified with ISO 9001:2000 since year 2002. We have been trusted by many fleet operators to look after their glass parts requirement. Among others are Konsortium Transnasional Bhd, Rapid KL, Plusliner, Sani Express, Kontena Nasional, Felda Bhd, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Open University, Klang Valley Taxi Association and many others.
Good things are always meant to be shared. Therefore our management had launched our franchise program on Sept 2010. We believe the company can grow even further by teaming up with all franchisee and together we can command the market.
